The Law Offices of Matthew J. Gonsalves is located in San Leandro, in a convenient location on Estudillo Avenue  between I-580 and I-880, and only a short walk from the San Leandro  Bart Station. Matthew J. Gonsalves began practicing in San Leandro in 1980 and has continued to provide excellent legal assistance in the areas of Non-Marital Cohabitation (Marvin Cases), Family Law, Divorce, Parentage, Child Custody, Spousal Support, Child Support, Domestic Violence, Contract Law, Probate, Contested Probates Wills, Estate Law, Guardianship, Conservatorship, Auto Accidents and Civil Litigation for 33 years. We provide services to clients in Alameda and the surrounding Bay Area counties. In order to additionally meet the needs of a growing community, our office includes Spanish and Russian speaking staff.

As a small office, you will always reach a live person during regular business hours, and not a machine.  We are able to provide our clients with personal attention and service, while providing the technology and experience of larger firms. We are well connected with the community and if you have a problem that is not necessarily legal in nature, we may be able to refer you to the proper person or place.
